Pup Republic Co advises you to measure your pup correctly before purchasing any collar or harness to ensure correct sizing. 

If your collar or harness does not fit we are happy to exchange for another size if in stock or place a preorder on the correct size or issue a refund via shop credit. The item must be in its original packaging, unworn and unused.

Customised Products - all sales are final on customised items. Unfortunately, we're not able to give refunds on personalised products.

 The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

Approved Returns & Refunds accepted within 30 days of purchase.

If you receive an item that is faulty we will replace the item and cover all associated shipping costs.
